I’ve been a Liverpool FC supporter since the early 1970′s and have had the joy of watching Liverpool rise to become one of the worlds greatest football teams.

The greatest highlight would be standing behind the goal at Wembley at the 1986 FA Cup final watching Ian Rush score 2 goals to beat Everton 3-1. Close behind would be being in the stands at the Parc de Princes in Paris for the European Cup final in 1981 with Alan Kennedy scoring 10 minutes from the end to beat Real Madrid 1-0. Two years ago I got to thank Alan personally.

I simply love Liverpool and writing about the club on and off the field, the players, management, matches and gossip.
